THE BALANCED SCORECARD EXECUTIVE AND MANAGEMENT OVERVIEW
TPMG conducts 1/2 day seminars detailing the purpose, objectives and application of the Balanced Scorecard. The session provides executives and managers a comprehensive view of what the balanced scorecard is, how it works and the steps of applying it in the workplace.
Created and promoted in the early 1990s, the balanced scorecard supplements a company's traditional financial measures with criteria that measures performance from three additional perspectives - the customer, internal business process, and innovation. The balanced scorecard empowers executives and managers to track financial results while supporting operational excellence, customer loyalty and a company's means for growth.
The seminar is conducted by Gerald Taylor, one of the firm's managing consultants. Gerald implemented his first balanced scorecard in 1995 and he is one of the industry's top experts at implementing the balanced scorecard approach.
His 1/2 day sessions define how the balanced scorecard provides a frame work for a company's performance management plan, and explains how the BSC can become a corner stone to a company's strategic management system. The seminar includes discussion of your organization's needs, along with the costs and benefits of adopting a scorecard system. Mr. Taylor will then will discuss the challenges of how to organize a balanced scorecard effort for your organization. After discussing your needs, he will create a road map for designing and implementing a balanced scorecard system in your organization.
