Black Belt Training & Certification

( 2 weeks - 1 project)

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Program for Service Excellence is a rigorous 80 plus hour program (1 week per month for 2 months) designed to produce competent graduates who effectively implement the Six Sigma principles that drive performance improvement in your services and transactional organization.   The program provides for a quality principles overview, in-depth instruction in management by fact, along with a structured performance improvement methodology used by Lean Six Sigma Black Belts and Master Black Belts world wide.

Upon successful completion of the program, each candidate will receive his/her Black Belt Certification and will be recognized as an expert practitioner in:

  • Improving process cycle times.

  • Managing cross functional work flows.

  • Implementing the Balanced Scorecard (NEW!)

Each candidate will also receive:

  • An instructional manual and resource guide.

  • Software application(s) to support the use of the Six Sigma Tool Kit.

  • Mentoring support for project management.  (optional)

  • 65 Professional Development Units - excluding project time (PDUs).

  • 6.5 Continuing Educational Units (CEU's).
