To be successful today, all managers require strong people skills and a solid understanding of critical thinking and business analysis.
THE MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISION BOOT CAMP is a rigorous 2 day seminar and workshop that helps managers and supervisors strengthen their decision making and problems solving skills by using facts and data instead of relying solely on "gut feel" and opinion alone. It provides managers and supervisors with the essential knowledge, skills, and methods they can use immediately to manage their accountabilities more effectively while giving them with the vital "people skills" necessary for their success.
The three components of the boot camp are as follows:
1. Management by Fact (Critical Thinking Skills Training): is a seminar workshop that promotes the value of critical thinking, business analysis, and decision-making with numerical facts and information.
2. Metrics & Dashboards (Performance Measurement and Analysis Skills): is a seminar and workshop designed for managers who want a better way to measure the performance of their operation. Whether you work in a manufacturing operation, serve in a high-tech environment, or work in a service operation, this workshop will show you a better way to account for and measure your organization's productivity, quality and cost effectiveness. Each participant will leave with a tangible method and software application for scorecarding their operation's performance. Each participant will also leave with a format of key performance indicators (KPI's) for their operation's dashboard.
3. Manager as Coach (People Skills Training): is a seminar and workshop that gives managers and supervisors the interpersonal skills combined with practical techniques to work with and through people to solve problems and get things done well.
With completion of the entire boot camp, each participant will receive a certificate in Performance Management & Leadership.
